I was looking through trends in our MLS system(North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, or NTREIS) and noticed that there is a new data search. This search is for the average number of showings that a listing gets until it goes to pending status. This data comes from Showing Time, which not all agents utilize, so the full counts may differ. We also have Broker Bay showing system, as well as agents who still make you contact them for showing instructions.
I pulled data from Tarrant county and the cities of North Richland Hills, Keller and 76131, which is North Fort Worth, areas that have largely been desirable for this side of the DFW Metroplex.
Here is a link of the data also, where you can view the monthly stats.
I also did a 4 county trends report showing that as of right now, all of the larger DFW metroplex counties are about the same amount of showings as each other.
Here is the link to view the stats by month also.
I hope that this helps with giving you a brief snippet into DFW and the market here in the Metroplex. I have other updates that I will be posting soon, as those stats are getting ready to come out!
If you would like data for neighborhoods, cities or have questions about any homes that are available, please reach out.
I am happy to help!
