Amy Steele brings 21 years and nearly $100 million of real estate experience helping buyers and sellers make smart, confident real estate decisions. Based in North Richland Hills, Amy is known for her honest guidance, strong negotiation skills, and calm, straightforward approach throughout the buying and selling process.

Clients work with Amy because she tells them the truth, communicates clearly, and helps them focus on what matters — no hype, no pressure, or cheesy sales tactics. Whether helping a move-up buyer navigate timing and pricing, guiding a seller through preparation and negotiation, or assisting buyers with purchasing a second home or lake property, Amy prioritizes education, strategy, and long-term client success.

Amy has lived in North Richland Hills since 2011 and has deep roots in the community. Her son attended local schools from preschool through high school, and Amy served on multiple civic commissions and community committees from 2013 through 2022. Her involvement gives clients valuable insight into neighborhood dynamics, local growth, schools, development patterns, and lifestyle differences throughout Tarrant County and surrounding areas.

In addition to traditional residential real estate, Amy has extensive experience with vacation homes, lake properties, investment properties, and short-term rentals. They owned a home in the San Bernardino mountains of California in the lake community of Lake Gregory/Crestline. Amy sold real estate in Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear communities as well. She and her husband own a lake house on Lake Granbury that also operates as a short-term rental, giving her firsthand experience with both the lake lifestyle and practical realities of second-home ownership. Amy enjoys helping clients explore vacation home opportunities, lake living, and long-term investment potential in Granbury and surrounding areas.

Over the course of her career, Amy has worked across multiple markets, price points, and property types — from fixer-uppers to luxury homes — always with the same client-first philosophy: provide honest advice, explain the process clearly, and protect clients’ best interests FIRST every step of the way.

Whether you are buying your first home, move-up home, selling a longtime family property, relocating within North Texas, or searching for the right lake house getaway, Amy combines experience, local knowledge, and practical guidance to help you move forward with confidence.

He will be joining his wife, a 21 year veteran in the real estate industry. Already partners in life, they will be partners now in business.

Before beginning his real estate career, Jeremy worked as a senior manager of a distribution center for a hunger and disaster relief organization, where he built a reputation for being highly organized, dependable, and detail oriented in fast-paced environments where helping people truly mattered.

Throughout his career, Jeremy has worked with people from all walks of life and has traveled to assist in relief efforts both nationally and internationally. Those experiences strengthened his ability to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and connect with people during important life moments — qualities that now serve his real estate clients well.

In addition to his professional background, Jeremy has remained actively involved in the community.
