Amy, well i know that the pictures you posted were amazing. People that we knew that saw them even said the house looked fantastic. People in the neighborhood, from Wisconsin, from work loved them. I liked the park and drone pictures too letting them know about the park because it opens it up. I didn't even know our neighborhood looked that nice! I think that the tips you gave us and advice about our bathroom and other things to do and not to worry about saved us time getting the house prepared and ready to go. The advertising and promotion was a very good thing, we had 32 people come to the open house. I was so nervous to sell my house before you came over I was shaking but you walked in and made me feel so comfortable that right there is very important. It's been 22 years since we bought or sold a house and so it's new for us, and to feel comfortable and confident is a big part of it.
